Twins: Dichorionic/Diamniotic twins have 2 separate placentas and 2 separate amniotic sacs. Fraternal twins. These have the lowest mortality risk of twin pregnancies. Monochorionic/Diamniotic twins have 2 amniotic sacs and one placenta. Have a risk of increased risk. Monochorionic/Monoamniotic share one sac and one placenta and also have a higher risk.
