Not related: Skin tags do not increase or decrease the risk of colon cancer. Screening for colon cancer before age 50 is not recommended for people who have no risk factors (such as family history of early onset colon cancer or multiple colon polyps).

Skin tags: I don't know of any association between skin tags and mucosal polyps of the colon. If there is one I would like to know about it. The normal age to have your first screening colonoscopy is 50.
