I am on 15mg of lexapro (escitalopram) and 15 mg of zispin.what is the best time to take the lexapro (escitalopram).if i take 2 together at nite, i feel groggy in morning?

Medication: Both contain side effects of increase sleepiness. Taking together is not good idea. Take Lexapro (escitalopram) 2-3 hours before sleep and Zispin around 4-6 hours before Lexapro (escitalopram).
