Varies: Probiotics alone may not be the only answer. You may have a gluten problem and may have to change your diet to gluten free. Everyone reacts differently to these changes and it may take one person longer than another to see results. I would see a dr. Well versed in nutrition. Stress is also a source of ibs triggers.
