Proper evaluation/reasoning/preventive measures is a sign of maturity and adulthood. Ask your doctor or go to the American Psychological Association website (under psy help) for referral.

The way of DNA: This may be a symptom of psychiatric distress, you may want to have a counseling session evaluation. However it may be entirely normal to feel sexual pressures. Our DNA has programmed us to reproduce and once that happens and our children are raised, it doesn't keep its vehicle [us] around much longer. If you are depressed, anxious, or insecure these drive may be accentuated or reduced. Seek help
