Shoulder pain: Hi Kate, was there any injury to the joint? If not, it could be Bursitis. If an injury, an x-Ray is in order. If not, and if you can tolerate ibuprofen and no allergies to it, 3 with meals for 5 days. If not better, seek attention, prolonged shoulder issues can lead to "frozen shoulder"!
