Have rash seen...: All bumps on the face are not acne. If he has similar bumps on his legs, it makes me wonder if what you are seeing is molluscum contagiosum. It is impossible to say without seeing - have him see his pediatrician (not an urgent appointment) to have the areas looked at to get a diagnosis. If what you are seeing is red/inflamed then you may want to be seen sooner. Take care.
