I get random sharp pains on my chest and basically my spine and sometimes my sides.what is that?they come and go pain gets easier when i keep breathin

Random chest pain: Emily, some more specific localization on the pains would be helpful, certainly some inflammation of the sternum and rib joints could be a cause, but does not explain the back pain. An inflammatory arthritis or fibromyalgia could be possibility. See your practioner and have an arthritis work up with a sedimentation rate to start with
