If you: Don't have high blood pressure, use paeudoephedrine, and use saline nasal washes. Most sinus issues are either viral or allergic, and don't need antibiotics. An antihistamine such as Claritin can help too. Hope this helps!

Sleep, saline nasal: 7-8 hours of sleep, eat healthy, minimal exercise and rest, limit stress, vitamin C, but not to excess, not over 1000mg a day, chicken soup, plenty of fluids, Tylenol (acetaminophen) or NSAID if not allergic for pain, nasal sterile saline washes twice daily, warm saltwater gargles. Antihist/decongest if needed to sleep because sleep is key to immune function. may use Afrin for 3 days in a row and quit only.

Sinus: Could be the onset of a cold. Drink lots of water, warm steam of the nose several times a day and start OTC sinus/cold meds. Don't take ones with sudafed after 4pm- will keep you up
