What can happen to a persons body if the person works 7 days a week and is always tired

Overworked: Assuming an individual doesn't have any serious medical problems, there is nothing dangerous about working 7 days a week. However if there's insufficient time for personal responsibilities, then sleep will usually suffer, which can result in fatigue and long-term health problems. Having a day off is most important for mental health.

Working 7 days/ week: Work is tiring. Would get a full work up including checking for anemia, thyroid and then discuss with your physician your schedule and needs and how to set aside time to rest and relax because that is no idle time but true recharging time. Schedule is also importing as alternating shift work is known to be exhasting
