Flank pain: Would seek medical attention today at doctor /urgent care. Could be kidney stone causing flank pain,or gallbladder stone ( under right ribs). Sometimes vaginal/tubal infections ( mycoplasma/ureoplasma)/torsion/tubal pregnancy can cause severe right lower abdominal pain. Lastly consider appendicitis in RLQ pain as well as constipation and gas. See a doctor/urgent care today.
