Bloating: You may have indigestion or acid reflux; try over the counter antacids or gas relief meds. If no improvement, see your doctor to rule out a gastric emptying or digestive abnormality. Avoid lying down for 2 hours after a meal and drink 8 ounces of water with your meal.

Possibly due to acid: Your symptoms may be due to acid, especially since you mention heartburn. Try 2 weeks of omeprazole 20 mg once a day- taken 1/2 hr before a meal. See:www.webmd.com/heartburn-gerd/.../what-is-acid-reflux-disease You may benefit from use of probiotics to get your Gi tract in better balance as well. Also consider possible food in tolerance to gluten or lactose, or use of artificial sweeteners.
