Seasoanl allergies: There are several medications available for seasonal allergies. If you have already discussed this and tried these meds from your Dr. then you should see an allergist for further evaluation. best wishes.

See an allergist: You need to see an allergist. Whether desensitization treatment is required added skin protection or specific medicines should be determined.
