Depends: The sleep wake circadian rhythm results in most of us feeling sleepy in the evening at night and more awake in the morning. At times, circadian rhythms can be delayed or advanced or disrupted all together. Most people who complain of this will feel sleepy during periods when they used to be more awake and more awake at times when they were normally sleepy. Would advise seeing a sleep specialist.

Sleep: Sleep is important for health and wellness. Maintaining a consistent sleep cycle is optimal. Ideally waking at the same time every day after a full 8-9 hours of sleep will add years to your life and enhance your well being. Additional lifestyle behaviors with similar benefits include healthy diet, exercise, active social engagement and close family ties.
