Can occur: Those symptoms caused by fluid retention and some degree of pelvic congestion, often cause premenstrual symptoms such as yours. If you have missed a period, pregnancy is a possibility. Perform a pregnancy test to be sure. Your gynecologist can advise you best, however.

Could be normal: When it comes to pregnancy, when in doubt, check it out. Pregnancy tests are cheap, easy, and relatively accurate. If there is even a remote chance that you could be pregnant a quick test will give you piece of mind. Bloating and cramping could be uterine, but it could also be intestinal, such as gas.
