Late period: Menstrual irregularities are not unusual . Some birth control methods like Depo-Provera cause irregularity. Would repeat urine HCG and then follow up with blood HCG if negative and songram. Consider medical issues like thyroid, check a prolactin level. Follow up with your doctor /urgent care over next 2-3 weeks.
