Bleeding: First, not all vaginal bleeding is your period. The most likely cause of spotting without a normal menstrual cycle is lack of ovulation. You are probably having some breakthrough bleeding from not ovulating. There are lots of causes of this and some simple blood tests can rule out the most likely causes. Your GYN might want to give you some provera (medroxyprogesterone) to bring your normal cycle back on too.
