Yes: You should see your doctor to be evaluated. Several things can cause your symptoms including ectopic pregnancy which can be very dangerous if not treated promptly.

Pregnant?: If sexually active ,you should get a pregnancy test. If not you could have some hormonal problems. See a doctor for testing
