See details: Sorry, there is no such thing as growing pains and even if there were, your symptoms do not suggest it. See a doctor and have the issue evaluated. If one is not available, go to the ER. Severe abdominal pain may have serious implications.

Severe: If your pain is that severe and confusing you should have a exam to determine the cause. Tylenol (acetaminophen) or Motrin every 6 hours may help. I hope you are feeling better.
