Possible cyst: There are a lot of "bumps" that can appear under the arm. In the armpit/axilla there are lymph nodes that can enlarge in response to infection. Sebaceous cysts (firm) and lipomas are also seen on the arm. Lipomas tend to be more soft than cysts but they are usually painless.The fact that they are soft is generally a good sign, but I would still have it checked out by your MD to be sure.
