Possible: Another cyst is possible or you could have scar tissue from the previous surgery. You need to see your doctor to look into it. Good luck.

Possibly: You could have a recurrence of the type of cyst, although unlikely if the entire cyst wall was removed. It could also be a simple follicular cyst, which women get every month when they ovulate. This could be causing you discomfort because of your previous surgery. You may want to see your doctor to be sure.

Possibly: Is your pain on the same side as your removed Fallopian tube, or on the other side instead? See your doctor who may repeat imaging studies and assess your treatment plan. Hope that helps
