Tylenol (acetaminophen) won't help.: Tylenol (acetaminophen) is for pain and fever. It does not help with anxiety at all. So no need to take any. Try relaxation techniques: yoga, exercise, massages. Ask at any place where they sell organic stuff what kind of tea helps to relax.

Anxiety: Get an evaluation promptly by a professional to find the cause of your symptoms. You should avoid self medicating if you have anxiety and panic attacks. Tylenol (acetaminophen) is a pain reliever, it does not treat anxiety. Benadryl is an antihistamine that can cause sedation, but it has side effects like dry mouth and can, in some folks, have the effect opposite of sedation - increased alertness and anxiety.
