URI: Your child may have a viral respiratory infection. Use a bulb syringe to suck out excess mucus. Use salt water nose drops use a vaporizer and elevate the child's mattress while sleeping. Push fluids. If the child doesn't improve in 24 hours visit your doctor

Yes: I am insure of the age of your baby and how the temperature was measured but if you are concerned about him and if you think he is not getting enough fluid he should be checked. I hope he feels better.
