Depression: It sounds like you may be suffering from a depression. Depression can result in feeling a sense of low self worth, anhedonia, and can manifest itself in the form of suicidal or homicidal thoughts as well. Clinical depression should usually be treated with meds. You may also have low vitamin d, low vitamin B12 levels, anemia, hypothyroidism etc. Go see your doctor and get a formal evaluation.

Emotions: You may be suppressing your emotions but is quite likely you have emotions and you are not necessarily anorexic because you experience a lack of feeling. Consult with your doctor to rule out medical issues, and if cleared consult a mental health professional who can guide you in understanding your lack of emotion. Best.

Eval: Get a full psychiatric evaluation to determine what bothers you, and consider medication to take the edge off them symptoms. Next, get a referral to a reputable psychotherapist to discuss what your current emotional state and life experiences men to YOU. Meds and therapy together are the most optimal approach, for the most part. Also discuss how you think lack of emotion and anorexia are connected
