Musculoskeletal: Late teenage female w. left flank pain as laying down & contracting abdominal muscles, absent fever, fatigue, vomiting, diarrhea, or constancy of pain, might have pain generation from pelvic girdle impressed by ground forces of surface reclining upon. Left sacroiliac joint, 17 square centimeters in surface area, is possible pain generator. If above mentioned symptoms not absent see doctor & soon.
