Probably not: Pain is your body's way of talking to you. Frequently, like a lot of people you know, it has something to say that is not very important, just talk. Mild pain is usually only that. Try and ignore if for a couple of days and it will probably fade. Watch for bowel changes, bleeding, worsening pain pain with urination or vomiting but don't search for them too hard as this is likely just passing.
