In some circumstance: Not sure exactly what you mean by "withdrawal bleeding". If you mean that having a menstrual flow by withdrawing the hormones Progesterone and estrogen - yes that is the normal menstrual cycle. A woman with endometriosis however in order to decrease her pain can stay on continuous hormones and thereby not have a withdrawal bleeding and thus avoid the cyclical pain.
