Use contraception: Even with PCOS, which causes the body to not ovulate regularly, you can get pregnant. Every now and then, ovulation can occur. Pregnancy is always a possibility. If you don't get pregnant now, you should consider regular use of or long term contraception. At least until you are ready to get pregnant.
