Spit in eye: Wash your eyes copiously with cold water to get the irritant out. Apply antibiotic eye drops. Depending on the source of the spit consult your medical doctor. If the spit belonged to another person. For the allergic reaction of puffy eyelids you could use OTC viisine for red eyes till you see your doctor. Spit from a stranger could carry unwanted virus particles
