Angioedema=swelling: 'mouth swelling' (angioedema) can be a serious reaction to a new medication so it is recommmended to get seen right away to get proper treatment. The 'sinus pressure' may be sinusitis which can be treated with an alternate medicaton after careful evaulation. Hope you are better soon.

Toothache?: Swelling of the moth and associated pain could be signs of a toothache. If it is not getting better, i would see your dentist and regular doctor to get this issue figured out and to initiate appropriate treatment.
