Back: It is possible that you may have lower back strain or a pinched nerve to the lower lumbar region. I suspect that you are on some chronic medications for this problem. Advise taking antiinflammatory medication for now. Muscle relaxants would also help. If no resolve in 1-2 days, call you doctor.
