Doesn't happen: Doctors and nurses are vaccinated against Hep B, and they can get their antibodies checked every few years to be sure they have immunity against Hep B. A few doctors and nurses are naturally immune to Hep B (from having caught the virus and become cured of it) don't have to get the vaccine.

Very uncommon: as a prerequisite for their job, they should all have been vaccinated (and/or have their immunity titers checked).
