Pain/diarrhea: Try probiotics for your diarrhea and preparation H for your hemorrhoids. Be sure and have weekly follow ups with your obstetrician prior to delivery. If there is blood in the diarrhea or you are unable to keep up with your fluids be seen sooner. All the best with the remainder of your pregnancy.

Hemorrhoids: There are numerous OTC products used for the treatment of hemorrhoids available as ointments, creams, gels, suppositories, foams, and pads. Ointments, creams, and gels - when used around the anus - should be applied as a thin covering. When applied to the anal canal, these products should be inserted with a finger or a "pile pipe." Chat with your friendly pharmacist.
