You're Pregnant: If you took the birth control pills properly, the chance of getting pregnant is 0.02%. If you missed pills (and didn't double up on them), or missed more than 2 pills in a cycle, they are less effective. There really aren't any other reasons for the failure. Antibiotics don't decrease their effectiveness.
