Proper sleep hygiene: in short: minimize caffeine after 2pm, no electronics 1hour before bedtime,go to bed only when sleepy, UT HAVE A CONSISTENT wake up time (regardless how late you sleep), bright light early in the morning, NO NAPS, minimize stress(duh!!...easier said than done!!!) by learning relaxation techniques. Sleeping affects everything, see your doc if the above doesn't help or if there are other issues...
