Most likely underlying analogy.: There are plenty of over-the-counter allergy medications that might be beneficial. If you have tried the over-the-counter medications, then it is time to go see your doctor and get something a little stronger such as either a nasal steroid or a medication like Singulair (montelukast) to help control the allergic symptoms. If it is really intolerable you may consider visiting an allergist for allergy testing and desensitization.
