Circumcision: A revision can be done - see a urologist for an evaluation. Do not put any material around the penis to retract the excess foreskin as it may cause loss of blood flow and potential gangrene or necrosis. A patient of mine was bothered by his foreskin and wrapped a rubber band around his penis which nearly cut off his circulation - never do that!
