Stop worrying: Congratulations on your pregnancy. There's mold spores in the air you breathe. It's harmless, and so would be a bit of food breakdown or even a bit of mold on a cracker. It's not going to hurt Baby.

Don't worry be happy: Consumer Report magazine notes that there is no FDA mandated expiration date on food since its freshness depends on how it has been stored and the expiration date is arbitrary. White specks are not typical for mold infestation and thus I won't worry over having eaten it unless the toast tasted or smelled strange.
