Source: How did you pinch it? If pressure from laying on it,= time, anti-inflammatory like aleve, (naproxen) soak in epsom salts. Trauma, same as above but maybe with stronger antinflam. like prednisone. Overuse, stop that activity, (like tennis, golfing,hammering), and add tx. mentioned above. Not easy answer...: It all depends on what you mean by pinch nerve and what is causing it. It could be a transient inflammation and with meds that help target this inflammation and physical therapy could be resolved. It could also be direct nerve damage and that would be more difficult to deal with and requires exam and possibly tests. Follow up with your doctor on this and try to get seen.
