Spreading bites: It is possible that you could have an skin infection, one that would mimic spreading bites is called folliculitis, an infection of the hair follicles. The other possibility is scabies. Scabies are mites that burrow in the skin, spread and cause itching. The lesions look like small bites. I suggest seeing your doctor for diagnosis and treatment.
