The mfg date of a medicine is oct 12 & it's exp date is oct 14. i mean it's date of expire is very close. should i use it?

Usually yes, but...: If the expiration date on a medication is October 2014, and it is now September 2014, it is usually fine to use the medication. Other factors to consider include: how the medication was stored, if it has been opened already, whether it is a liquid, a cream, or a solid pill; etc... For example, a medicinal cream stored in the glove box of a hot car for 2 years might not be good anymore.

Medication: It's hard to believe that the Exp date of a med is 2 days after Manufacturing date, look at the year for 2 dates you might find 2 different year, any way as long as the med has not been expired it's ok to take it.

Likely OK: It is likely OK to use the medication. The expiration date should be OK if the medication has been stored under normal conditions (not too much sun or heat). That being said, if the medication has not been carefully stored, then there is a chance that it could lose its efficacy faster than indicated by the expiration date.
