For about the last week I've been getting through bronchitis. In the last day I've started making a weird honking sound when I cough. What is this?

Stridor: Likely this is stridor. You hear it more with children because they have smaller airways. As long as this is only when you cough it should not be a problem and I would anticipate this should resolve in a few days. However, if you develop fever or the "honk" when you inspire get checked.
