Insomniacs have: Various times when they have trouble sleeping, not only in the morning. They begin to obsess about not being able to sleep and if they wake up they fear not being able to fall back to sleep. There are relaxation techniques and hypnosis that can help reduce anxiety and cure insomnia. If you are having trouble sleeping, talk to your parents about it and get help from your primary care physician.

They often don't: The early bird actually catches the worm. People who go to bed early and wake early - actually often are able to jump out of bed energized. If on the other hand, you are referring to terminal insomnia - that is a whole different thing.
