What do i do about feeling faint on this low-cal diet?

Eat more calories: It sounds as though this diet is very low in total calories and thus providing you with too little fuel and nutrients for your cells to function properly.

Stop diet: Calorie restrictive diet can be harmful to the body and leaves the dieter worse off metabolically. Most calorie restrictive diet deprives the body of vital nutritents and minerals. They cause the body to slow down metabolically and lead to lean muscle loss in addition to fat loss. Feeling faint could be the result of low blood sugar, low blood pressure, or low sodium and low volume.
