Yes: I once met a very nice person from India, who was amazed at how much of vegetables and fruit we don't use in the USA that other countries do! We peel too much, remove seeds that others eat, don't eat stems of thigks like broccoli. She used every bit of the pepper including the white pitch and seeds. So go ahead. More fiber too!
