Is it possible for sum1 to eat an entire ghost pepper without getting sick? my friend claims his uncle does it but i think hes lying

My grandfather used to eat habaneros by the handful; i remember seeing him eating them and laughing. His face was sweating but he seemed to be enjoying himself. So i guess it's possible for someone to eat a ghost pepper too. Better him than me!
