I forgot to add that sometimes it feels like my brain is shifting inside, is this also migraines or stress related? sometimes fainting feeling

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Need exam: One can't actually feel their brain move and certainly not a symptom of migraine. Chest pain/pressure, dizziness/fainting-like symptoms need to be evaluated by your doctor today. If you have trouble breathing call 911. Otherwise call your doctor right now and get examined.
