Eat Healthy Diet: Your son's height for age 11 yrs is at the 25th % on growth chart. Weight is unknown. Boys begin growth spurt 2 yrs after 1st sign of puberty (testicular enlargement); growth ceases about age 18 yrs. Height is determined genetically. To help your son reach his optimum height, encourage a healthy diet daily: 2700 cal, 30% fats, 45-65% carbs, 20-30% protein. Visit healthychildren.org for more info.
