what is the average weight for a 14-year-old 5"1' female?

95-105: At 14 and 61 inches, you are at the 25% for your age and height. The corresponding weight for the 25% would be almost exactly 100 pounds. However, depending on your body frame type, and whether you are just 14 or almost 15, a range of 95-105 pounds would be perfectly acceptable. These are per the CDC American growth charts, so would also be a bit different if you live elsewhere in the world.

It varies: I would estimate a healthy weight to be between 60kg to 62kg (120-130 pounds).
