Weight charting: The average norms are118 to155. Remember too little or too much is also an issue. However there are young adults who are thin but must be monitored for weight loss and obesity can be controlled even for slight weight gains with more diet. And exercise even just getting off couch

Female weighs in: For a tall girl at 5'8"' even in early teens at 14 yr, you can expect her to weigh between 145-150 lbs for a proportional measurement of BMI. The normal for an individual is determined by various factors, including family traits and other health conditions.

BMI 20 to 25: 140 to 165 pounds would put you within a normal BMI range. If you are speaking of a true "average" weight rather than target weight, that would depend on what country you are living in! Hope this helps!

Here's a range: Av.Weight 110 lbs -Range 90 to 150 lbs
Av Height 63 inches-Range 60-68 inches.
One must appreciate that the level of puberty, termed Sexual Maturity Rating determined actual wt/ht for an individual in that age range.
So one number may not be appropriate for all 14 year olds.

95-105: At 14 and 61 inches, you are at the 25% for your age and height. The corresponding weight for the 25% would be almost exactly 100 pounds. However, depending on your body frame type, and whether you are just 14 or almost 15, a range of 95-105 pounds would be perfectly acceptable. These are per the CDC American growth charts, so would also be a bit different if you live elsewhere in the world.
